Our clinic does require a referral from your provider (This can include your primary care physician, a previous psychiatrist or therapist). Your referral can be faxed to our office at 833-638-0070 using this form.

Please note: Dr. Stephan Becker is not currently taking new patients; however, Alexander Ferro, PA-C is accepting new patients.
